Advanced notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council intends to carry out substantial works for road maintenance purposes during

Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the work described above without the consent of the said Isle Of Wight Council which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
