Medina Leisure Centre in Newport is one of the Island's largest multi-purpose leisure facilities.

There are two swimming pools (25m main pool and teaching pool), a Tone Zone gym, sports hall. Activities include lane and casual swimming, water workout classes, swimming lessons, fitness classes, and badminton, basketball and football in the sports hall.
The leisure centre has undergone a programme of refurbishment. The new 60 station gym on the first floor is equipped with state-of-the-art Pulse fitness equipment, including the new Pulse lateral trainer, cross trainers, treadmills, Multi-pulley and Smith machine. There are baby changing facilities, baby/toddler seats and playpens in both the male and female pool changing rooms. Swim nappies and armbands are also on sale at reception.
When it is open
Seven days a week. The Tone Zone gym is open from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 8.30pm on Sunday.
There are early morning lane swim sessions in the pool, as well as casual and adults only session throughout the week. For full details of session times, click here to view the latest pool programme (a separate programme is issued for all school holidays).

There is a public car park on site.
Currently parking in the Arboretum car park is limited to five hours.
There are now 241 parking spaces on site—the 14 closest to the leisure centre and theatre are designated for blue badge holders. Charges are not applicable but you should park within the marked bay areas. Failure to do so may result in a Penalty Charge Notice.
