Workforce Development Conference

These slides are from a workforce development conference on Integrated Working in the South East, the day was spent looking at the progress and some of the challenges being faced by each authority around the region with an emphasis on the One Children's Workforce framework.  The presentation by Annie McCabe looks at modelling our future Children's Workforce and is a summary of a piece of work she was commissioned to do by CWDC to consult and interview key representatives with a Children and Young People's Workforce Development lead from each authority.
