Looked After Children (0-16 years) Team

The Looked After Children (0-16 years) Team are responsible for all looked after children on the Island between the ages of 0 and 16 where the long term plan is for permanence away from their families. The team works closely with the
Looked After Children (16+) Team and the Fostering Service.

The team are responsible for the health; education and overall wellbeing of looked after children both on the Island and in mainland agency placements.

The team have a pro-active approach to improving the life chances of looked after children, in conjunction with other agency colleagues.
