Welcome to the Customer Account Services web page.

Customer Account Services are responsible for the collection of miscellaneous income (excluding taxation) for the Isle of Wight Council. In order to successfully collect over 37.8 million pounds of income a year (2009/10 statistics) the department relies on highly trained staff.

This site has been designed to help answer questions and queries that you may have with any invoice or statement you have received from the department. As the department recovers a wide range of income for numerous service areas within the Council you will find helpful links to other departments. In the year 2009/10 the department raised 43,866 invoices.

The site also offers the facility to pay a wide range of Council services online.
