The Local Land Charges Register may be inspected (by telephoning for a appointment on 01983 823221), between the hours of 9.00am – 12.00pm and 2.00pm – 4.00pm, Monday – Friday. 24 hours notice of property addresses is required for an appointment to ensure staff are available.

There is a statutory fee of £11.00 to view the Register at County Hall, High Street, Newport, IW. Please report to Customer Services to be referred to our office.

It is helpful if a plan of the area to be searched can be faxed in advance to save time on your visit.
