WELLOW WIND FARM APPLICATION

Planning Application reference P/00706/11. The Local Planning Authority (LPA) has received a letter from the applicant in response to its formal request under Regulation 19(1) of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations for additional information to be provided. Some additional information has been provided comprising Ornithological Data (Breeding Bird Survey Data; Golden Plover Data, Wintering Bird Survey Data and Vantage Point Data). The Local Planning Authority is considering whether the submitted information meets its requirements under Regulation 19(1) of the EIA Regulations. The Authority may request further information from the applicant. Once the LPA is satisfied that no more information is to be submitted in response to its request, it will formally advertise the availability of the additional information and there will be a period of public consultation lasting 21 days, giving the opportunity to provide further comment.
