Distribution of the recycling containers to all properties was completed on Friday 3 February. We are aware that some properties have been missed. If you have already contacted the council to tell us that you have not received your containers we will get them to you as soon as possible. If you have not let us know that you have not received your containers please use the form below to do so. Please check inside wheelie bins and large food caddies for the bags (if you were due to get them) and small caddies before notifying us that you have not received them.
Some properties received incorrect calendars – correct calendars have now been distributed.
Garden waste can still be placed out for collection in the pre-paid garden waste sacks available from Island Waste. This waste will be collected in the same week that your non-recyclable waste in black bags is collected (the pink square on your calendar).
It would be helpful if you would line your large food waste caddie with either carrier bag or similar as this is helpful when they are emptied.
