Due to the restructure of childrens social work teams, we continue to look for dedicated and committed qualified social workers to join our workforce and contribute to the development and aspirations of the Island.

You will work as part of team and be responsible for managing a case load reflective of practice and experience.

You will receive a tailored induction and newly qualified candidates will participate in the regional structured induction. All posts have regular structured supervision and support, training and development opportunities will be integral to your development, including appraisals/PDRs, post qualifying award and practice teacher training where identified. You must hold a Social Work Qualification and be registered with the General Social Care Council or due to qualify shortly. A full driving licence and use of a car for work purposes is preferred.
