Quarterly Performance Reports

Each quarter a full summary of the performance and strategic risks of the Council is presented to the Cabinet and the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

The quarterly reports identify key performance achievements and issues for the Council against the priorities set out in the Corporate Plan and across other council activities. There is also a snapshot of the position of the strategic Risk Register which details the key risks to the authority and the actions planned to mitigate those risks.

Cabinet Members are asked to consider the report and its recommendations and make decisions or request further research from the information presented.
