Service Description: Our sunbeds at the Heights Leisure Centre and Medina Leisure Centre are a great way to help top up those tans, or have a head start for the holiday. Sunbed sessions last for twenty minutes, and must be booked in advance.

In order to test suitability to our tanning equipment, your first session will be limited to ten minutes. You may need to limit exposure time on your first couple of visits.

Before using our sunbeds, it is very important that you read the guidelines on how to use the equipment safely. They have been adapted from the guidelines issued by the Sunbed Association.
