Service Description: Human Resources support the Council and its employing Directorates in delivering quality services. As a key support service tasked with providing the HR function, we touch every corner of the Council's work, providing specialist advice and support services on HR matters to Elected Members, Directors, managers and employees of the Council and, most importantly, leading the development of people management policies and practices which are consistent with the Council's overall strategic goals.
