Employees who benefit/suffer disadvantage from personal development review

Every employee of the Council should receive a Personal Development Review (PDR) This process should highlight progress of the individual and highlight training requirements. The PDR process does not have any element of performance related pay or benefits which can result in benefit/disadvantage to employees.
