Citizen's Panel

A postal Citizen’s Panel, Island Voices, comprising of 1100 demographically representative citizens was recruited to undertake two consultations per year, by an independent company on behalf of the Council to ensure anonymity of those surveyed, and to ensure results are reported on an objective and independent basis. The questions included in the survey are intended to identify the views of the community on key issues facing the Council. The results of the latest survey carried out in October 2004 are below.
