World Youth Games Corsica 2007

Corsica 2007 logo The World Youth Island Games has been running annually since its initial conception in 1989. Originally competitors from Corsica, Madeira Island, Sardinia and Sicily competed in a range of sports.

The Isle of Wight joined the group of Islands in 2002 and the event has grown now to include 22 wide ranging Islands, from the Isle of Wight and Jersey through the Canary Islands and Sicily where last years games took place.
