Beach Cleaning

The beach cleaning service is undertaken either mechanically or manually at Gurnard, East Cowes, Cowes, Ryde, Puckpool, Springvale, Seaview, Seagrove Bay, St. Helens, Yaverland, Sandown, Lake, Shanklin, Ventnor, Bonchurch, St. Lawrence, Freshwater, Totland and Colwell. The current programme is to cleanse the award beaches daily throughout the summer season which is the 1st May to 30th September and during the winter months cleansing is performed preceding the school holiday period.
