CUSTOMER SATISFACTION


On completion of a Building Regulation application we send a Customer Satisfaction Survey to our customers asking them to comment on the service they have received. This survey has been running for a number of years and the results consistently show positive feedback.

In 2008, in-line with changing requirements from Government, our survey was amended and a number of new questions introduced. We are now in a position to report our data quarterly.

This section contains the results of customer satisfaction surveys for the current year (2008/9). The data for previous surveys can be viewed in the historical section.

Surveys undertaken in the third quarter of 2008/9 (Oct – Dec 08) received the following responses:

“Always helpful and willing to give advice, though I do not always like what he says.”
“Fair but firm interpretation when necessary.”
“Very good response even when primary surveyor on hols etc.”
“Very professional, flexible and informative.”
“Fantastic all the way. Thank you.”
“Always available to give helpful advice and very approachable.”
“Took a sensible view on actual on site conditions and applied accordingly.”
