IMPORTANT NOTICESTelephone Calls into the Planning Service As part of a Council-wide initiative, all external calls into the Planning Service will be handled by the Corporate Call Centre from the end of September 2005. As a result of detailed training initiatives you will continue to receive a high level of service if contacting the Council on Planning Service matters. Detailed procedures are in place to ensure that appropriate officers contact you if the Call Centre is unable to deal with individual queries or transfer the call to the specialist officer concerned at that time. The revised numbers to call for individual elements of the Service are as follows:-
Revised Opening Hours To allow for Staff training and development Seaclose Reception will be closed between 08.30 – 10.00 am on the last Wednesday of each month. Between 8.30 – 10.00 and on relevant Wednesdays there will be no Reception service. General enquiry telephone calls will be routed to the Call Centre as usual for messages to be taken and calls returned after 10.00am. We apologise for any inconvenience as we take action to improve our Service. |
