Planning Application Forms In line with the national requirement, we have introduced the new national standard planning application forms - 1APP. We encourage applicants to submit applications online using our simple interactive forms. Before submitting your application, please ensure that you have read the information on planning application requirements. Alternatively you can download the forms and submit them in the traditional way. Documents on the site are available in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). If you do not already have the Adobe Reader you can download it for free from Adobe by clicking here. On this page you can download the application forms themselves, the accompanying form guidance notes. If you are not sure which application form you need, please contact the Planning Service on (01983) 823552. Alternatively, an online facility on the Planning Portal enables you identify the correct form and you can then either complete the form online or print the form off and submit your application on paper.
