HIGHWAYS DEVELOPMENT CONTROL

The Highways Development Control section deals with comments on all Planning Applications from a Highways perspective. This can range from a new access serving existing property to a large new housing estate.

Any queries on Planning Applications currently awaiting determination should, in the first instance, be referred to Development Control (Planning). However, should you wish to make a general or pre-application enquiry you can make an appointment with a Highway Engineer to discuss your proposal.

The Highway Consultation Surgery is held at Seaclose Offices between 9am and midday every Thursday. To arrange an appointment please telephone (01983) 823552.
