STRATEGIC FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENT (SFRA)

The SFRA report has been produced by Entec in close consultation with the Environment Agency and the Isle of Wight Council. The SFRA has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Planning Policy Statement 25: Development and Flood Risk (PPS25).

You will notice that some sites have been marked on the maps.  These are not sites which are considered suitable for inclusion within the Sites Allocation Development Plan Document (DPD) but are simply sites which have been put forward for consideration.
