The Isle of Wight Council’s first Local Transport Plan (LTP) was adopted in 2001 and covers the years 2001 to 2006. The LTP sets out the five year framework for the development of a sustainable transport strategy for the Isle of Wight. Copies of the first LTP and summary leaflet are available below in Adobe PDF format.

The Transport Act 2000 requires every Highway Authority to produce an Annual Progress Report detailing what progress has been made in delivering the LTP strategy. APRs also offer the opportunity for major bid submission. Copies can be downloaded below.

The Council have published a Delivery Reports which looks back over the past five years. Copies are available here.

The Council have published their second Local Transport Plan which will cover the years 2006 to 2011. A copy of the plan and supporting documents are available here.
