Help Centres on the Isle of Wight.What is a Help Centre?Help Centres are located in convenient locations across the island to enable residents and visitors to access a wide range of services from a single point of contact. At a Help Centre you:
Help Centre Advisers are available to deal with enquires about a wide range of Council and other public-related services. They will resolve enquires at the first point of contact wherever possible, using a range of communication media including telephone, e-mail, face to face, fax etc. This means that all your Council business can be dealt with in one place. What types of services are available in the Help Centres?Services vary between centres. Please click on each individual location to see full range of services available. We are adding more services as we develop but currently all centres offer the following:
There are currently six Help Centres. They can be found in the following locations: Ryde, Newport, Shanklin, Freshwater, Brading in partnership with Brading Town Council and Wootton in partnership with Wootton Bridge Parish Council. |
