Service Reviews - Stakeholder Information

Stakeholder feedback is crucial to the contract and monitoring process. A questionnaire is sent out to the stakeholders and agencies that have involvement with each service providers, to determine their views on the services provided. The information collected is then analysed by the Isle of Wight Supporting People team, prior to carrying out the contract review.
