Waterside Pool

Waterside Pool on Ryde Esplanade (next to the boating lake and beach) is open all year and has something for everyone, from toddlers to 50+ groups, with activities from casual swimming and aqua fitness classes to swimming lessons, family fun sessions at the weekend and pool lifeguard training.

The 25m pool has a retractable roof, bringing the sunshine to your swimming sessions!

Baby facilities

There are baby changing facilities, baby/toddler seats with straps in both the male and female changing rooms.  There is also space for a baby changing table in the disabled changing room.

Swim nappies and armbands are on sale at reception.

When is it open?
Seven days a week. For opening times, please phone for details. The centre is closed for certain days between Christmas and New Year, please phone for details.

Is there parking?
There is a public car park on The Esplanade and on-street parking - charges applicable.

Which bus will get me there?
Routes 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9 stop at nearby Ryde bus station.
