Important information

Westridge Squash and Tone Zone are on the outskirts of Ryde, next to Tesco.  The extended opening hours make it easier for everyone to have a game of squash or a session in our Tone Zone.  There’s on-site parking too.

Westridge is the newest of our Tone Zone gyms – there are 16 stations, including runners, upright and recliner bikes, rowers, steppers and a weights bench.
