FAQ's

What documents will the registrar give me?

At the end of the registration you will be given the following documents:

  • a special form to take to the undertaker. In some cases this will be issued by the Coroner
  • the Registrar will also issue a form for the DSS. This should be completed and sent or taken to the nearest DSS office if applicable

Death certificates, which are certified copies of the entry, can be purchased.
