NON - DOMESTIC EXTENSIONS

Do I need Building Regulation Consent to erect an extension at my property?
In the majority of cases a Building Regulation application will be required to extend non-domestic premises. Unless the extension is small in scale, the application should be made using the Full Plans procedure. Further information on how to make an application is available by clicking here.

Fees in connection with non-domestic applications are calculating using Table 3A of our fee sheet. If the estimated building cost exceeds £20,000 the fee can be more easily calculated using our fee calculator.

What information will be required as part of the application?
