We are constantly striving to improve our service in order to fulfil our aim of providing a high quality, responsive Building Control service that is valued by our customers.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys
On completion of an application we send a survey to our customers asking them to comment on the service they have received. This survey has been running for a number of years and the results consistently show positive feedback.

In 2008, in line with changing requirements of the Government, our survey was amended and a number of new questions introduced. To see the results, and for more information click here.

Performance Indicators
At the end of each financial year we produce a summary of key performance indicators. These have been undertaken for a number of years and the results show a consistent pattern. To see the results, and for more information click here.

Service Delivery Questionnaire

During March 2004, we sent out a ‘Service Delivery Questionnaire’ to the architects, builders, developers and structural engineers who most frequently use our service. Their responses are reported here. To see the results, and for more information click here.
