Customer Satisfaction Rating Q3 (October – December 2010)

New Building Control Charges – 2011 (VAT change)
From 1st January 2011 Building Control charges will be amended to reflect the new rate of VAT (20%). Our new charges schedules can be viewed by clicking here.

Changes to Parts F, J & L
Changes to Parts F (Ventilation), J (Combustion appliances and fuel storage systems) and L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) of the Building Regulations come into effect from 1st October 2010. These regulations are aimed at reducing carbon emissions from controlled buildings by 25%, and at the same time ensure that this does not have a negative impact on the quality of air in buildings and also ensure that combustion appliances will operate safely and effectively.
