The leaflet entitled ‘A Jacobean Mayfair’ is the culmination of a community-based historic buildings survey conducted in the parish, designed to raise awareness of the village’s historic architecture. The project was supported by grant aid from the Island’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) unit and a donation from the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).
