PHASING REPORT
This document was adopted as SPG in December 2002.
The
Phasing Report supplements the Urban Capacity report. It deals specifically with the time period within which the large greenfield allocations currently identified within the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) should be brought forward.
The document particularly mentions the following sites:

- Land to the rear of Ashey Road, Ryde H3(38)
- Land at Kingston, East Cowes H3(69)
- Land at Sylvan Drive, Newport; and H3(18)
