Pre-billed services

You can now pay for the following pre-billed Council services online:-

• Council Tax*
• Business Rates (N.N.D.R.)*
• Invoices
• Homecare Statements
• Bed And Breakfast Contributions
• Penalty Charge Notices.
  

*Please pay these by Debit Card or by Direct Debit if you can, as this will save the council expensive credit card charges.

You can now check your balance (Council Tax, Business Rates, Debtor Invoices, Homecare Statements) using our online balances form before making your payment.

If you wish to make a payment for any of the above services, please go to our secure Online Payments Form. N.B. The form runs in a secure environment and may take a short time to load.

Registrars services.

You can now order and pay for copy certificates online. Please go to the Registrars web pages further information.

Car Parking Permits.

The following permits can be purchased online:-
