You can now pay your Council Tax, Business Rates, Homecare Statements, Invoices, B&B contributions or Excess Charge tickets using our new Automated Telephone Payments system.

To use this service you must have a Touchtone phone and a current valid Credit or Debit card (Please note: we do not accept Visa Electron or American Express cards).

The service is easy to use and is available all day every day. Just call:

Pre-billed services

You can now pay for the following pre-billed Council services online:-

• Council Tax*
• Business Rates (N.N.D.R.)*
• Invoices
• Homecare Statements
• Bed And Breakfast Contributions
• Penalty Charge Notices.
  

*Please pay these by Debit Card or by Direct Debit if you can, as this will save the council expensive credit card charges.

You can now check your balance (Council Tax, Business Rates, Debtor Invoices, Homecare Statements) using our online balances form before making your payment.

Registrars services.

Car Parking Permits.
