Online Journey Planning

There are a number of services available for planning your journey online, including Transport Direct which the Isle of Wight Council provides some data for.

Transport Direct (www.transportdirect.info) On this website you can plan your journey by using the 'Door to Door' planner linked on the front page of the website. This journey planner covers all aspects of your journey from walking to the nearest bus stop to which trains, busses or ferries you may need to use.

• Travelline Route Planner - a route planning service for the South East Region and beyond with an SMS service to find out the next departure time for any stop in the region.
• AA Route Planner - Specifically for Car journeys this service will let you plan your route and let you specify particular roads you want to avoid.
