Freshwater Neighbourhood Development Plan

Publicity Consultation (Regulation 16) on updated environmental assessment documents supporting the draft Neighbourhood Development Plan

Following discussion with the examiner, the Isle of Wight Council, with the agreement of Freshwater Parish Council, is undertaking further consultation on a number of specific environmental assessments that support the draft Freshwater Neighbourhood Development Plan.

The consultation will run from Friday 22 September 2017 until midday Monday 6 November 2017.

Submission of Plan Proposal to Examination (Regulation 17)

The Isle of Wight Council, with the agreement of Freshwater Parish Council, has appointed Ms Ann Skippers BSc (Hons) MRTPI, as the independent examiner to undertake the examination into the proposed Freshwater Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Designation

The Isle of Wight Council has designated the Freshwater Neighbourhood Plan Area under Section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and this was advertised on 7 September 2012.
