By using this service we can check that you are on the right lines before you apply. This could save you time and money and improve your chances of having your proposal approved.

Services and advice
We offer advice at several levels. The Customer Information Team provides general planning advice on most procedural issues. This service is provided without the need for appointment. The advice can be given over the telephone, via e-mail or face to face.
The Planning Officers provide a tailored pre-application service on request and by appointment. For major applications a development team meeting can be arranged to include officers from other Council services and potentially external consultees, where deemed appropriate.
