Reporting Incidents

For all emergency fires call '999'.

All 999 call handling has been transferred to the Networked Fire Services Partnership in Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service will maintain a non-emergency number for general enquiries, which will be answered 08.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 08.30am to 4.30pm on Friday. Please call (01983) 525121 or (01983) 823194

For reporting controlled burning please ring 02031 620063 or 02380 386390.

Flares should be handed into Newport Police Station who have the facilities for storing them.  If flares are washed up on the beach, please inform the Coastguard on 02392 552100 or click here for the HM Coastguard website.
