Youth Offer

West & Central Wight the 'Youth Offer' for the West & Central Wight area.

Revive Newport - Our provision in the Newport area is through delivering a drop in Youth Cafe two nights a week (Wednesdays 4-7:30pm & Fridays 5-10pm), as well as providing some detached youth work.  All activities will focus on well-being, support, life skills and future opportunities.  Please contact for further information.

Community Action - ‘Drop-in’ and enjoy a range of interesting, innovative activities in a welcoming, safe, supportive but challenging environment. We offer universal access aimed at Year Groups 5-6 and 7-8 and will always seek to accommodate older children subject to sufficient numbers and available staffing. Please contact for more information.

Pan Community Youth Club - On Tuesdays we open at 5pm  for 11 - 16 year olds and Wednesday nights we open at 5pm for 8 - 11 year olds.
We have lots to offer, an IT suite, team games DJ equipment and lots of craft projects planned over the year, a chill out space in our new cafe and healthy eating nights. Come and join the fun. Please contact for more information.

Breakout Youth - Breakout Youth is a charity that runs across Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight. The current services we are offering on the Isle of Wight are:

  • An 11-21 year olds youth group which is aimed at supporting young people who identify as LGBTQ+. Within these group sessions we run both educational and just for fun sessions which help young people to build confidence and make friends within a safe environment.
  • A 7-11 year olds support group which is referred to as “Breakout Buddies”.  Breakout Buddies is a place where children between the ages of 7-11 can attend and participate in activities, educational and just for fun sessions. Children are able to bring a sibling or friend within the age range to help them build confidence within the group.

There is also café for parents to sit, have a drink and a chat with other parents in order to offer support to each other and explore aspects of the LGBTQ+ community.

  • We offer 1-1 based support on the island for young people who might struggle to meet in a group environment and would find it more comfortable to meet 1 on 1 to talk about their issues surrounding their gender identity and/or sexuality.
  • Professional training sessions are also available.

Please contact for more information.
