Technical Issues

We are currently experiencing some technical issues with our Penalty Charge Notices system. We are working with our payment provider to resolve these technical issues as soon as possible.

 

This means that the balance for your Penalty Charge Notice may not be showing. You will receive a message stating ‘No Balance can be found' for the reference entered and you may also experience that and incorrect balance will be shown.

 

In order to pay your PCN the payment options currently available are:

Allpay: Download the App from App Store /Google play using an Apple or Android Smartphone wherever there is a mobile signal. Use the 19 digit payment reference number from the bar code on the front of the penalty charge notice to make payment.

PayPoint: Pay in cash only at any PayPoint retailer. You will need to take the penalty charge notice when they go to pay.
