Fostering Service/ Countryfile Sponsored Ramble in aid of Children in Need

Flat and family friendly ramble from Merstone Cycle path along to Newchurch and onto Sandown
Details: Meet at the car park by Merstone Cycle Track at 10am to start the walk at 10:15 am sharp.

This a flat walk along a cycle track, suitable for wheelchair users, scooters and bikes - all ages and abilities welcome.

There will be 2 parts to this walk: Merstone to Newchurch and then Newchurch onto Sandown, so there is the ability to join the ramble for the length of walk you are comfortable with.

Please note there are no picks up for a return journey back to Merstone.

- Wear the right gear. Ensure you have comfortable footwear and dress of the weather on the morning.

- Use the right support - whether it is family and friends joining you on the walk, a lift at the end to take you home or a sturdy walking stick - plan for whatever will make the walk easier for you.

- Bring drinks and snacks to keep your energy levels up, or a picnic for your final destination if it's a nice morning. No refreshments are provided.
