Waste Services

Waste and recycling collections will be running slow and late, residents are advised to set out their recycling and waste bins. The crews will make risk assessments on the safety of side roads as they come across them.
 
Roads that cannot be collected should leave out their recycling and waste and uncollected roads will be rolled forward to tomorrow.
 
Updates will be made throughout the day as decisions are made on individual roads particularly in icy and rural areas.

Lynnbottom, Newport and Afton Marsh, Freshwater household waste and recycling centres aim to be open as usual, from 10am.
