We have, therefore, followed all of the guidance, advice and direction issued from the Department for Education, which underpins  why it was felt important that we pursued the case heard in the High Court on Friday.

Agencies sign up to provide better support to vulnerable children
Better support for vulnerable children

A new agreement is being signed aimed at better supporting children in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight who are looked after by local authorities. The signatories include the Crown Prosecution Service, Portsmouth City Council, Hampshire County Council, Isle of Wight Council, Southampton City Council, the Police and Crime Commissioner, and Hampshire Constabulary.
